Everyone's favourite airplane cookie but we have upgraded it beyond first class. This treat starts with a layer of Biscoff cookies, then topped with Biscoff spread, and finished with a layer of Callebaut dark chocolate. We then break it up into bite size pieces into a sealed bag for optimum freshness.
